Booking, Scheduling & Service Policies

1. Booking

• Bookings must be submitted through our online booking form, app, email, or phone.

• Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Luxe Listing Photography.

• Clients are responsible for providing the correct property address, gate codes, and lockbox information.

• Specific photographer requests are welcome but not guaranteed.

• Special photo requests must be communicated before the appointment begins.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• 24+ hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without fees.

• Same-day cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

• Weather-related reschedules due to heavy rain or unsafe conditions are complimentary.

3. Travel Fees

• Properties located 20+ miles from the assigned photographer’s area may incur a $35 travel fee.

• Properties 50+ miles away may incur a $100 travel fee.

4. Day of Service

• The property must be fully photo-ready upon arrival.

• Revisit appointments due to incomplete preparation are subject to a $100 revisit fee.

• For safety reasons, photographers will not move furniture, clean, or handle personal belongings.

• Pets must be secured, and pathways must remain clear.

Delivery, Payment & Licensing

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon delivery of content.

• Deliverables remain locked until payment is received in full.

• First-time clients receive 20% off their first listing order.

6. Deliverables

• Luxe Listing Photography provides next-business-day delivery for most products.

• Photos are delivered in JPG format for print and web use.

• Video content is delivered in MP4 format.

• Every listing includes a dedicated property website.

7. Copyright & Licensing

• Images are licensed solely for marketing the specified property listing.

• Copyright ownership remains exclusively with Luxe Listing Photography.

• Images may not be transferred to another agent, vendor, or third party without written permission.

• Photo credit must be given to Luxe Listing Photography when used on social media or marketing materials.

8. Revisions

• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

• Revisions requested after this period may incur a $50 revision fee.
